Our tour starts from Guwahati visiting the Garbage Dumpyard looking for the Greater adjutant stork which is one of the biggest stork species in the world and a critically endangered species. Then we drive to Nameri tiger reserve for the day halt. We will visit Nameri tiger reserve looking for the state bird of Assam the white winged duck. After a morning birding session we will start our drive towards Dirang. Next day we will visit Sela the highest point of our trip looking for Himalyan Monal, Snow Partridge, Blood Pheasant etc. After Sela we will visit Mandala looking for some key species such as Temminck’s Tragopan, Fire tail myzornis, Bar winged Wren Babbler etc. After Mandala we will come Down to Eaglenest visiting both Lama and Bompu camp inside the sanctuary looking for the key species such as Bugun Liocichla, Ward’s Trogon, Blyth’s Tragopan, Sikkim wedge Bill Babbler, Beautiful Nuthatch, Rufous necked hornbill etc. After birding in eaglenest we will drive back to Tenga for our laast night halt and then next day we will drive back to Guwahati and the tour ends here.
